Tokio, the rock band formed in Reggio Emilia in the late ‘70s, has been the flagship of the music scene of Reggio Emilia for years, developing its own music style and performing concerts in many Italian cities. In 1982, the band was classified fourth in the second edition of the Italian Rock Festival won by Litfiba. In 2014, the band reunited to give life to the “Free” project, dedicated to Nelson Mandela.
